Samsung Order online - worst experience

1st follow up informed me that it is not delivered thru a 3rd party courier and it is directly thru Samsung courier. (found out later that it is wrong info and it would either be LBC/Consegnia). Told me that it is in BGC warehouse (wrong info again).

Request for the tracking number and expect it within 24-48hrs. Informed me that they don't have any connection with the 3rd party courier, it'll be the online store staff that has the connection and can provide the tracking number. They don't have the specific details on the location of the parcel.

Samsung online store: ordered Aug 14 (Monday), had an updated that "arrives 8/9" "arrives 8/30" "arrives 8/25"
order status does not show any exact location, it only shows awaiting dispatch, on the way.

status order updated to Ready for pickup. when i went to the store, they still don't have it. status order reverted back to "on the way". Also requested for a supervisor call, because I kept getting different info. However they said that they won't know If I'll get the call within the day. 

This is my first time ordering on their website and this'll be the last time, won't recommend the website to my other colleagues as well. Website is not reliable as well as the customer service. I understand the time needed to deliver the order, what I was disappointed is the way they give information. Its going around in circles and wasting a lot of time trying to follow it up. They don't have any corporate number as per the live chat.
