[RESOLVED]: Greenline appearing to Samsung S20+

Disappointed that S20+ phones has issues after just 1 year, and it appears usually close to end of warranty period, or some experience it earlier or later than usual.

Reference from EU community:


And now experiencing it in PH, but it is not covered by Samsung. Vertical green line/s appear like the ones experienced in earlier versions of S series.


But unfortunately, in Philippines, it is not covered for free repairs by Samsung or even discounted repairs, as compared with the other countries. A bit disappointed on this.

Hope we could appeal on this as it seems unfair on the matter. Been diligently protecting my phone for longetivity but ended up being asked to bear the cost of repairs. It appears as common manufacturer issue.

FYI, if you experience the same, I was asked to pay roughly 12k on this issue, disappointing really.
