Disappointed that S20+ phones has issues after just 1 year, and it appears usually close to end of warranty period, or some experience it earlier or later than usual.
And now experiencing it in PH, but it is not covered by Samsung. Vertical green line/s appear like the ones experienced in earlier versions of S series.
But unfortunately, in Philippines, it is not covered for free repairs by Samsung or even discounted repairs, as compared with the other countries. A bit disappointed on this.
Hope we could appeal on this as it seems unfair on the matter. Been diligently protecting my phone for longetivity but ended up being asked to bear the cost of repairs. It appears as common manufacturer issue.

Hi, i found that your phone was also having the same issues as we all have here, i already contacted to the CEO helpline number, they deny to repair my S20+ as free of cost repair, even though my phone was new as at the time of purchase, i told the executive that there are so many people around the globe got this issues and also got FOC screen replacment, still they deny and asking for the jobsheet numbers of those who got the FOC for their displays, i found that you also got the free of cost screen replacement, so its my request to you if you have the jobsheet number with you, then please can you share it with me so i can show them, please help me brother...
How much do they charge for that replacement in the Philippines? My partner's S20 + also had this green line on the middle of the screen while watching Netflix today. The phone is already 2 yrs old as of today.
Hi Zhyl! I just had the same issue. I just slept and my phone was left somewhere na hindi madadaganan and then paggising ko may green line na. I would try and have it repaired for free but the issue is korean variant kasi s20 ko and wala akong official receipt. may chance kaya marepair for free?
