S24 Series can only run 64 bit apps

Discovered that a few of my old fav games won't work on the S24 Ultra as the SnapDragon 8 Gen 3 is 64-bit only!

Hopefully Samsung or some third party developer will make a 32-bit emulator soon.

Some very old games that aren't being updated. Can't even find them on the Play Store now.

I used to extract the APK file from old devices and side loaded them onto my S23 Ultra but no luck with the S24 Ultra

I'll probably just keep an older phone nearby if I need 32-bit apps or games for some reason. Installing outdated apps on my main phone could pose a security risk anyways, so it's not too big of an issue for me.

I agree, running out of date app could be a bit risky. But if it can run in an 32-bit emulator then it should be sandboxed within that.

Anyway I have installed it on a forgotten Galaxy S5 that has been sitting in a drawer. 😀

Yes, Xiaomi included a 32-bit emulator on their SD8Gen3 phone. Fingers crossed that someone (wink wink Samsung) would make a 32-bit emulator for the Galaxy S series.

I hope so too. I was planning to install the latest version of Douyin app. The tiktok version of China, but apparently its a 32bit app and cant run on my S24U. 😩
