S24 ultra and still no one ui 7

Heyo, 

What's going on samsung, last month I read that on the 7th on April was when one ui 7 will be rolling out on s24 ultra in nz, this was last month, it's march, where is the one ui 7? I still haven't got it and it's been nearly a month.
