S24 Ultra Display problem

Why is my S24 Ultra display so grainy especially on low brightness or a dark grey background.

Anyone facing the same issue ?

Is it a common problem or mine is a defected device?🥲

u may go to service centre for them to diagnose it further

it looks very obvious grainy, did you try device diagnostic from within samsung members app? all test pass?

Tested but seems like there is no related diagnose for me to test the display🥲only for the touchscreen

hi normally there is a test for colors on the phone

We've tested on our S24 Ultra and so far no issues from our end. Pictures usually don't show the actual issue as cameras tend to process the final results, if you can actually see it with your naked eye, we'll suggest to check in with the SC for further clarifications.

I have diagonal lines issue on the display, with a dark grey background with display brightness below50%. It's really noticeable.

Having similar issues with my S24U 512gb, purchased mine in Sarawak as I reside there, unfortunately no nearby service centers for me to bring it to, I am feeling helpless.
