S24 ultra doe not update

Can somebody help me with my phone? My S24 Ultra was purchased last March 2024 with its built-in software. Now it's April 2025, and it still cannot update to One UI 6.1.1, meaning no Sketch to Image feature on my phone. My latest software is still One UI 6.1, and it's already outdated.

My last software update was june 2024.. i bought it here in papua new guinea. My service provider is new zealand
