S24 Ultra Motherboard Issue

Did anybody else's phone just die without any warnings?

I pre-ordered the new s24 ultra 512gb and received it on 6th Feb, 2023. Everything was going well. That shaky zoom was a bit scary but all in all It was one of the most powerful device I've ever used.

On 3rd March, it suddenly stopped responding. There was no power. I tried charging it. It didn't work. I tried force switch on (power button + volume down button). It didn't work. 

I went to the service center next day and after two days they informed that they were able to get power in the phone after trying that for two days and it's a MOTHERBOARD FAILURE.

Please tell me I'm not the only one in this boat.

Mine is still running. It is a bit scared after hearing about this issue. Did you charge the phone with the original Samsung adapter, or did you charge it when it was wet?

Since it's a new phone, I've been very careful with it. It's never got wet nor have I charged with any other charger other than the Samsung original one.

Nope they fixed it. I'm going to collect it soon.

Free of charge as it was not a physical damage. I had samsung care+. Came with the pre-order offers.

Same thing happened to me about mid-march. S24 ultra phone just went black and bricked in front of my face. Unfortunate because I will now lose all of my family photos.
