I pre ordered the green 1TB last Feb. After the august update both speakers on the phone sounds like a mini garbled static barely audible sound. I need to bring this to the service center. Has anyone experienced this issue?
Bluetooth is fine all devices via bluetooth or dex or earbuds work fine. Calls or music or all audio is good on bluetooth or mirroring. I has an S21 and S23, this is the first time a phone speaker failed.

Galaxy SHey, Wizamy! It’s really disappointing to have this issue, especially when your previous Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S23 didn’t have speaker problems. Since the problem only affects the phone’s speakers, our service center should be able to provide a solution.

Hello, my phone was connected to a bluetooth device while I was using fb messenger. When i play an audio recording sent to me via messenger the audio does not play through the bluetooth device. What seems to be missing or wrong here? Thanks.
