S24 Ultra Scan Function

Hi

I am trying to scan a photo and send but I cannot turn on the scan function its greyed out. All program is upto date. I go into Camera Setting and the "Intelligent Features" Scan Documents Scan QR codes  are greyed out.  Am I able to turn it on?

Does other apps like onedrive, google drive letting you scan?

Or Office 365. Also sesrch Play Store fpr scan apps.

Hi @Teyah1012,

When scanning documents, please ensure that the Camera mode selected is set to Rear camera, rather than front. If the front camera mode is selected, the Intelligent features (such as Scan documents and text) are greyed out.

You should also ensure that your software is up to date.
