Hi guys

I had a problem with my s24 ultra last night.

Basically the phone turned suddenly off when I unplugged usb cable (it was connected to a pc)

I tried to connect it to its normal charger and the phone didn't boot up, and didn't boot up by pressing the power button either.

Then, I performed an hard boot (with volume down and power button for about 30 seconds) and the phone finally booted up.

And the phone works just fine.

Anyone knows what happened? Should I be concerned about this?

(Also, when I open the camera I hear a strange hissing sound in the cameras area)

Sorry if I made some grammar mistakes, I'm italian🥺

And I also hope that I posted on the right place, it's my first time, thanks in advance if someone answers.

hello/ciao ,im italian too so if you aren't sure about something you can try explain to me in italian (use direct message) . Anyway
. Camera hissing happens only when open it or too when you zooming ?

. While was on the computer was doing any update ?

. It was overheating?

. The computer was charging the phone properly or just slowly emptied the battery because sometime the computer charge at very low power it just drain the battery slowly .

hopefully with these steps we all as community can come up with some extra solutions for your issues 😊

I try to explain it here, so if someone had the same problem can read a possible solution😊

The hissing sound happens when I open the camera, just after starting the app

For the other issue, the phone was connected to pc, and I was using it as a speaker with audiorelay

I had battery protection enabled, so charging was stopped automatically, but the phone was warm, as normally happens with normal use

Anyways thank you for your answer☺️

It's plausible that your charger might have had a fault or the cable and having non clean power connected to the phone like any computer when it experiences surges of power or brownouts it can lock up or crash
