The One UI 6.1.1 fetaures are already available with the arrival of the September Security Patch, but the One UI version stayed with 6.1. Also, this update is currently halted.
It was rolled out earlier this September but was halted recently. Nevertheless, if you have the September Security patch downloaded, that is the One UI 6.1.1 update for the S24 series.
