I would like to ask if the camera switching is normal for s24u? The camera suddenly jumps from one angle to a zoomed angle which seems to be switching the camera. What should I do to fix this? My phone is just 10 days old.

The S24 Ultra has 4 different focal lengths, so it's normal for it to switch to different cameras when you zoom in or out.
1x is the for the main camera. 0.6x is for the Ultra Wide. 3X is for the 3X Optical. 5x is for the Periscope Zoom.

I figured it was the OIS? I'm not sure if it is the optical image stabilization and if it can be turned off for photo???

The OIS can't be turned off. It just works, and no, the OIS doesn't make the camera switch to other lenses, its purpose is to stabilize, not switch.

I think I was wrong in explaining that I assumed that it switches the camera. It just jumps from one angle to another angle.
