Why does the update delaying?

It is possible, as probably (I have two devices so can't remember what I did), In my S23 FE I opened Settings, scrolled to Software, clicked on the first para and it searched and told me there was an update which I then actioned. However, timing depends on device.

To check, Settings, scroll to About, look for Status and the info there will tell you whether your last update was in October or November. Come back about this if your phone wasn't sold by Samsung Australia or one of their authorised resellers.

The only thing I can suggest other than waiting is to Google Samsung Australia update, or to refine it by adding your model number into that search.

The November update was released twice in America, so I assume the first build had issues hence the delay.

But it's only an educated guess.
