S25 Ultra Whatsapp restore stuck at 99%

Anyone from Malaysia purchase from Celcomdigi has issue when whatsapp restore msg from Google Drive stuck at 99% and eventually popped up error and unable to restore msg and media. Doing this for 1week plus feel wasted money due unable to use fully then phone.

As a last resort you need to manually copy Whatsapp data folder from old phone to new phone

So copy this whole folder using MTP to new phone after install.
After that only begin the phone number registration right.

The proper path should be..
/Android/media/com.whatsapp

First, clear whatsapp data on your new phone. And force close the app.
To be safe, turn off data on your old phone, Then copy the WhatsApp folder to your new phone.
And launch back WhatsApp on your new phone, then ask the app to look for local backup
