Battling my issue with battery on s25u. Nothing has seemed to improve it. I wanted to download good gaudians but seems its unavailable in Aust. I am getting at Max 4 hrs SO time and that's charging in between.
Can glass screen protectors effect battery life? Im at a loss trying to figure out how to fix and improve my battery life.some people get 10 hr SOT or longer. Any ideas?
GG can be sideloaded from sites like APKMirror (or can use things like GSam Battery Monitor)
Screen protectors however don't cause battery drain - maybe can lead to the phone heating up more, but that amount will be too small to have any noticable impact
For fixes, you can try any of the below: - Drop refresh rate to 60Hz - Set screen resolution to FHD+ - Lower brightness / use Adaptive - Turn off Always On Display - Disable RAM Plus - Kill apps running in the background (Settings > Apps > Battery > Restricted) - Check what's sucking power: Settings > Battery > Usage - Use Power Saving Mode and tick all the boxes - Turn off Nearby Share, Bluetooth, Location when not needed - Update software if there’s a new patch
