Samsung about to renege on update promise

It's 30 April now, May is hours away. And Samsung is about to leave it's S24 and S23 users stuck on One UI 6.1 with the March security patch. This goes against their promise of monthly updates for these flagships. 

It is unacceptable from such a reputable company. High time for them to give us proper answers!

Awww , is your phone broken and not working because you haven't got the new update. Mine still works so I am lucky lol. This is nothing new, it happens every year with samsung nz. Most of us just accept it. More important things in life than a software update.

What a stupid comment. It is not about that Samsung fanboy. It is about proper after sale service and software support. Which Samsung is failing to provide. If you're happy with forking out large amounts of money but getting poor service after that then good for you, fanboy.

Oh I agree but this happens every year, and people always moan. Nothing goes or happens any quicker with the crying. We are always behind in nz, fact of life.
