Samsung cheated me all the ways

I bought a samsung s23 ultra on 16th july 2023 and its never delivered to me when i track the order it says delayed on australia post and after multiple calls to samsung, startrack and australia post they told that they lost the phone in transit. 
Then called up samsung asking for the replacement and they said they will refund the money but i asked for the replacement device as the promotion is finished now i have to pay full in price and also i have traded in my phone and the money has debited from my account which discount was not applied to my order.

when i asked for this they said they make the refund for the trade up phone but never received the refund for the trade in phone.

Apart form this someone with name  abraam emailed me saying that we shipped your delivery and allow us 7-14 days to delivery so, i requested for the tracking number he me the old tracking number which was lost in transit then again i emailed him by saying this is old one can you please give me the new one but i never received a response from them. 
later today after 3 days I received a email by saying your request for refund is completed and refund might take up to 3 days but i never asked for the refund.
the big joke hear is they changed the invoice with the train discount which was not applied now before.

now they made other invoice with thr discount and made equal to the price which i paid for the phone now i lost the trade in phone value which was debited for my phone i do not understand are the buyers are fools?

sent me the new invoice which doesn’t make any sense and Samsung doesn’t know the calculations or openly cheating people in this case i lost whole my time and lost $$1474

And also when requsted for the reference number they sent your reference number is just dot (.)  its a big joke 

coming to their online care team does know any thing they wont make any notes for each call you have to go everything again they always say back end team will contact you in 2 days but never received a call even after speaking with supervisor

I want to go ahead and take a legal actions on this company and fight until i can i would like all the people to support me and also im going to request every one on social media to support me as well.

Honestly mate , I feel u bud , Samsung has made the biggest blunder out of these promotions, seems like they care nothing for their so called loyal members and long time users , I'm talking 30 + years of loyalty to the company and products , heaps of people coming out about these issues , very low trade in quotes , for devices still in excellent condition , not coming through with their end of the bargain and promises , yep been their myself with VOCs (Voice of Customer) yeah right !!! Mate go hard and do what u need to do to get your rights , though you need to strong and true , cause can be a lengthy process , u basically ended up with no new product and they took your old product and u got nothing in return , Unbelievable Samsung !!! Once again they have pulled it over there so called loyals and left us all in the dark and Ghosted , the community is here for each other and support mate 👍, that's my belief anyways , if we continue to come across as a weak community , we will get no where , honestly I'd love to see what APPLE thinks of the way Samsung is handling these issues , though I'm not a fan of Apple products , I have definitely started to consider making the switch after all these long years , purely due to the incompetence of the Samsung service and treatment , this promotion and others like it , having Samsung reps calling so called loyals convincing us all of our importance to the company and making promises and offers to get the Zfold 5 launch off the ground and then leaving us all high and dry with standard emails of TCs , stock levels and the replacement of watches to what ever is left in their old stock , now everyone I have heard from will be receiving Rose Gold 40mm female version watches instead of what they promised , I have not heard from anyone who has received what they were told at the point of sale by Samsung reps !!! So your not the only one in this fight mate , I would rally the true troops , set a day and hit the Samsung main office their down in homebush and make a stand !!! I'm sure the media will come flocking to that aye ...

For now Samsung is sending out general emails showing their concerns , but no one had heard anything back concrete mate , I myself now am so worried sending my Zfold 2 in for the trade up quote of $415 offered by Samsung Trade in , to yet get a another disappointing email or call saying nope in thier opinion once in hand is worth less and nothing u can do about it , I'm also considering calling my bank and putting a stop to my accounts to stop Samsung continuing to with draw anything even any **bleep** late fees etc , they need to really shape up and get rid of these 3rd party trade in company's as they are gonna loose major bussiness and customers mates , though again I ask , are we a weak community or united and strong ?

Best going to the Samsung store near you thay can trade it in for you. I have done this myself. It's safer.

I get both cause I've been in those shoes. But the long story short with the supply chain as vast in Australia there is so much one can do. In the bright side I'm really happy that the Samsung community here is so vibrant and help out people here and there.

The only thing I can suggest is other than what has already been suggested is probably going back to Abraam and explaining to him what has happened and hopefully he can sort something out for you. I haven't had any bad experiences with the Australian team.
