Last night - my dual wireless charging pad (Australian model EP-N6100) stopped working. It turns out that the power adaptor (Australian model EP-TA300) is dead. The problem is that Samsung no longer seems to sell these adaptors. The adaptor puts out 12 Volts at 2.1 Amps - something that I can't seem to find as an output on any other adaptor. I have tried other adaptors - but none will work with this dual charging pad - as it only works if you provide the full 12V 2.1A input.

Has anyone had this happen to them? What adaptor did you buy to replace your dead EP-TA300?

I'd imagine a similar wattage (25w) would also work.

I thought so too - but they don't output 12v. They max out at 11v.

Similar problem... Somebody 'borrowed' my adapter about a year ago. I haven't managed to find a replacement power adapter that works. I spoke to Samsung who assured me that the 45W adapter would work. It didn't.
Mine is currently sitting in the odds and ends drawer. Absolutely useless.

Thanks. I spent 2 hours on chat to Samsung. First they told me that any adapter would work - which I convinced them it wouldn't. Then they told me to go to a Samsung shop as they can order them - which they can't. They were as useless as a charging pad without a power adapter.
