Samsung email constantly prompting Microsoft 365 password

Hello, 

Since the recent update to the Samsung email app, I've been encountering an issue where the app repeatedly prompts me to enter my Microsoft 365 password on my Galaxy device. I have 2FA enabled, and when I tap on the 'password' field to enter it, the screen disappears, only for the prompt to reappear hours later. 

I've already tried uninstalling the app, removing my email account, and adding it back, but the issue persists. I understand there was a recent problem with Microsoft Outlook affecting users globally, and I suspect this may be related. I've also seen other users report the same issue on Reddit. I have contacted Samsung support and they are aware of the issue affecting many users but have not issued a fix yet.

Has anyone found a potential fix to this error?
