Hi. Nag factory reset na 'ko pero ayaw pa rin gumana ng camera. Ano po ba dapat gawin?😭

First, let's make sure that your device is up-to-date with the latest software updates. Do this by going to Settings > Software Updates > Download and Install > and follow the on-screen instructions if there is an available update.

Second, please run the Diagnostics in Samsung Members App and see if your camera is working.

If your camera isn't responding, this could be a hardware issue already. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you, or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.

I agree with Butete, if things cannot be handled on reset, let the Servi e center check on what is wrong so they can fox it for you

Ni_restart ko po 'yong phone ko ng ilang beses. Bumalik po siya. I'm not sure kung stable na po ba 'yon o ano.

It's easy for you to say that bring it to the nearest service center do you really know if the person is really near to service center? Ask her location first or chat to customer service live chat.

in case you are far to the nearest service center,samsung will arrange pick up, i know some one who did not leave their home amd had their unit picked up and returned fixed
