It is a known issue , I am a user too. But not anymore, bye to Samsung. I guess this is money making strategy as I have checked the internet, many Note 20 and above, S21 and above users were affected and they have to pay the cost for the screen replacement which is not cheap

I am also having this issue on my Samsung S21+ after software update. Then after 2 weeks 2 more lines.. I have never dropped my phone. I was thinking of buying the S23 Plus but now after reading this, I might look omfor other brands

Looks like it's the wallpaper you can't take screenshots with green line I meant you can't see green line in screenshots I can clearly see green line in these screenshots.

• hello. I own a Galaxy note 20 ultra and had the same issue. This will only worsen I have about 30 green lines now and some are pink.

I have done my research and it appears that Samsung will not take responsibility for this, I can have the screen replaced which is costly and the price is equivalent to other mid range phone units.

I even reached out to their support team and CEO via email, telling them that this is a know issue. no response.

Now I am happy that I will never ever buy Samsung products again for me and my family, I have different high end Samsung phones but I think they just got too greedy or incompetent now. I will buy any other brand, no matter the price BUT NOT SAMSUNG 🫡 SayonaraSamsung

Hi, my phone same like. So that's mean samsung won't take any responsibility for this issue. *** expensive if we need bear the cost for repair

I already have a Samsung S20+, and I have faced similar problems. Nevertheless, I thought of giving the new S23 Ultra a try. However, after reading all this information, I have to think twice.

My note 20 is having the green vertical lines too; I guess this was due to some softwares attacking the screen components.

My s20+ also have green line problem appear on 2023 April. I just puchase the phone 2 years only, but samsung wan Charge me rm690 for screen replacement. I'm so dissapointed with samsung Malaysia. Even Singapore can get free replacement, why Malaysia samsung can't? Samsung look down on Malaysian customers?
