This is very disappointing to experience and also know that this is a common issue in new samsung phones (including my model). The fact that they advertised these models as "waterproof" but the back cover adhesive is not that great, that becomes useless and a recipe to disaster. My samsung s7 had way better adhesive because I had a hard time removing it before when I tried to fix it. How come your phones' quality are getting poorer but your prices are trying to match with Iphones?

I have an S20 FE, and the back cover starts to come off. I remember putting this device inside the refrigerator ( Yes, I regretted that. That was almost 4 years ago, I was like 12 that time and have no knowledge on how to take care of my phone) because of the intense overheating... and recently, I found out that cold temperatures and hot temperatures can remove the adhesive. I had my S20 FE's charging port fixed, and they re-applied the adhesive, but a week later, the adhesive comes off. I also did some research that devices like S20 FE, S20 Ultra, and Note 20 Ultra's adhesive at the back cover can easily come off too. I feel like the S6 Series and S7 back cover were better compared to now, I had an S6 Edge+, that phone felt premium and the back cover looked sturdy

I disagree. I had to clean my Note20U under running water because I accidentally dropped a huge blob of mayonnaise, and the smell wouldn't come off. The back panel only started coming off after years of repeatedly abusing the device - the adhesive melted due to overheating. Now that the adhesive has been replaced, it's been a year and still intact.
