Samsung is well aware that thousands of phones have been rendered useless by the 6.1 software "upgrade". When and how is Samsung going to fix this for its customers?? It's been months!! WE trusted you! Stop pretending not to know about it! When and how are you going to make this right??
A new software update came through last night. I can't install it myself (for obvious reasons) Does this patch finally fix the problem - if I take the phone into a service centre?
