I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Galaxy SHayden replied to first post with steps to take, but hat has been undertaken many a time without success. Gather he didn't read post. As a factory reset clears everything... and sim swap to another phone works perfectly. Please investigate the UI software as that's when issues started.

Galaxy SThere has been a thread abt the S21 with the same problems starting for me 27 Feb 23 about the time of the 23 Feb update. It looks like my phone is the problem as my SIM works in my Note 5 and an old ZTE. Seems a factory reset doesn't fix it.
