Samsung S24 Ultra Pre Order / Delivery Concerns

I preordered the S24 Ultra on Jan 18 and I received a text message from Consegnia that the order will be delivered today. However, the rider called me and said that he was forced to leave my order on their warehouse due to the lacking documents. The documents they are looking for is the assessment/questionnaire for the trade in. I coordinated with Samsung Help Desk but they can't give a resolution to this. Anyone with the same experience here? I don't know if this is the Samsung Experience we all deserve. Hayssss

I think Consegnia ang may problema talaga. Haayy... Hindi pa nagpaparamdam sa akin ang Consegnia huhu.

When daw iredeliver order mo?

Sila dapat magready nung mga trade-in documents. I mean, don't deliver yet or don't inform the customer yet that the item is for delivery tapos kulang-kulang pa pala. Haaayyy. I hope maging okay lahat yan!

Yup exactly. Nabasa ko din sa reddit na madami reklamo sa Consegnia na partner courier nila. IDK why Samsung still use them or sana mag improve manlang. Nakaka disappoint din to experience this. Paasa e

Nakakaloka yung mga negative comments. Anyway, I just got an email that my order has been shipped. Cello yung nakalagay na logistics partner. I hope it's better than Consegnia.
