Please can someone advise me on how i can turn OFF the menu bar when i take a screenshot. This feature once was turned off but since doing the recent update on my device, it has automatically turned on. I can not remember how i can option for this feature to be on or off. My device is an Android 13 one UI 5.1 Samsung galaxy S21 5g
Thankyou.

Something to try. Clear the caches by going to Settings, scroll to Apps, go to top right and ensure you can see system settings, then eithe scroll down or search to Camera, them Storage, then clear caches. You WILL lose settings, re-start.

If that fails consider trying a different camera app from Play Store.
1. Go to cache area again, find Force Stop, nore system apps can't be deleted.
2. Google "best android camera app", see if is in Play Store. Install. Re-start. Note you can always remove apps you installed.

Cheers for your help mate. I did however go for the simplier option as described by the person belows suggestion.

Go to settings, type 'screenshot' and choose screenshots and screen recorder. The setting is there.Screenshot_20231112_200807_Samsung capture.jpg
