I posted here a week or so ago about an issue I'm having with a Secure Folder.
I didn't create this folder and it's just started appearing as a notification that it needs attention.
When I click on the secure folder, it asks for my pin, which I put in, but then it just sits there.
I've tried to remove the app but again, I don't get an option. The only choices I have are disable or forced stop. I've done this but it still keeps sitting in notifications.
I spent over an hour on the phone with Samsung, who logged in remotely to try fixing it, and he couldn't....
When I click on secure folder I press continue when it says welcome to secure folder. I then press continue for the permissions and it says "if this keeps happening, contact customer service" and it kicks me out. What do I do
