Since jan 4 2024 up to now 73 green line cases posted here in SM

Samsung please fix this issue! And i know hindi lng 73 cases yan madami pa yan hoping samsung will do something about this issue sa hindi naman kami nanakot but this issue will effect your brand and quality of your products and also your consumer will think talaga na walang pake si samsung sa customer nila. Damimg tinamaan sa S Series nila at A series

Same issue. Nagupdate ako to One UI 6.1 last May 29.

Nagka greenline last Saturday yung S22 ko (2 year old, base model). Nakapatong lang yung phone then pagtingin ko sa screen, may green line na. Hinayaan ko lang and nawala siya after 30 mins.

The following day lumabas ulit yung green line habang nagbbrowse lang ako sa FB. Hindi na siya nawala.

Nag email ako sa CEO office then pumunta sa service center last Sunday para iwan yung phone ko. Subject for evaluation pa daw yung appeal ko na free of charge yung screen replacement.

Today may tumawag sakin from Samsung head office, as per their tech, screen replacement daw talaga yung kailangang gawin. Syempre hindi ako pumayag. So ireresubmit daw nila ulit para ma review ng higher management.

Responsive naman sa email yung CEO office. Sana lang ma consider nila yung repair cost since known issue to and hindi user error.

Kaso, since last week hindi pa ulit nagrereply. Puro acknowledge lang. Inuulan ata sila ng reklamo.

1 week na yung phone ko sa service center. So far, isang beses palang may tumawag sakin. No updates pa ulit from Samsung.

Bagal ng process nila.
