Check if your router is auto switching between the slow 2.4ghz and the faster 5 or 6ghz network band by using the mysingtel app.
There's a manage wifi button at around the end of the page. Click on that, and then manage wifi settings. Click on the checkbox that allow Singtel to view and manage wifi settings. After that click on the router name and then proceed. You'll see if the router does auto switch wifi bands and if it does, switch it off.
You'll now have the option to rename both fast and slow wifi bands to prevent confusion and will force the device to lock on to the faster wifi band.
You can also check for firmware updates for the router and the ONT/ONR, this may improve network speeds.

This is the speeds on my Singtel 1+1Gbps fibre broadband. I wouldn't say its the fastest (given that their network equipment isn't really that fast) but is way faster then previously, where it's only around 300mbps before a firmware update, where it improved speeds.
