Galaxy SThere's a manage wifi button at around the end of the page. Click on that, and then manage wifi settings. Click on the checkbox that allow Singtel to view and manage wifi settings. After that click on the router name and then proceed. You'll see if the router does auto switch wifi bands and if it does, switch it off.
You'll now have the option to rename both fast and slow wifi bands to prevent confusion and will force the device to lock on to the faster wifi band.
You can also check for firmware updates for the router and the ONT/ONR, this may improve network speeds.

Galaxy SIs it possible to call back Singtel to ask the technician to take a look? Since u are paying a premium price for it and you are not getting even the most basic 1 Gbps broadband plan.

Galaxy SJust go to the phone settings, under general management, and click on reset wifi. Now it's all good. At wifi 6E, upload and download is around 1 G.
