Phone software updates are usually found in settings in Software Update. Make sure you have a stable internet connection while you do this, and the phone has at least 25 percent charge. You can then click Download and Install which will then find the latest update for the device and then you can schedule it to update it when your phone is not in use or immediately. Take note you need a stable wifi connection.

Thanks, but it said in the notice that I can't able to update my software due to I accidentally logging out of my Samsung account. I don't know how to do it. Can I reset or restore the factory setting? Thanks for your time to reply, I really appreciate it. 🙏

Hi, sorry for the late reply, but it's actually quite simple logging back in your samsung account. You just need to tap the first icon, then put in your details or sign in simply by the email you used. You need to make sure it is the correct email you used, and sometimes you'd need to verify two-step authentication either by text or email. Hope this helps!1716612853266.jpg

After i update my samsung s21 ultra to version 6.1 and it suddenly have an issue the green line on my screen appear and i disappointed it so much from the buttom of all gadget...im angry with the latest version from samsung, please fix it as soon as possible

If ever you need to do some basic troubleshooting. You can refer below for the following.

Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.
