Hello goodevening

My S23 ultra HK version isnt receiving the latest update patch. My s22+ NTC version already received the latesr update. Any insights on why im not getting the update?

Due to it being a Hongkong variant and not a Philippines variant, which receives different updates at different times. Also, NTC is just to confirm that it's capable of doing something related to telecomm (?).

Hi Holitzer! Just like what pham_hni said, it's due to geographical issues. Update rollouts depend on locations and devices, so we can't say for sure when each device will receive a notification for an update. Hope this helps! 😊

I see, but my friends who has hk variant here in the PH already had the latest sept update and mine still doesnt arrived?

Same my last security update was August 2023 for my S23 ultra
