Galaxy SIf so I would probably recommend you send an error report replicating the issue via members app.

Galaxy SI would recommend raising error report via the Samsung Members App > Get Help.
The support is amazing as they will look into the actual error log file you submit, and if raised incorrectly they will happily assist you through the process. Checkout the below link:
