Sound problem with s22ultra.

I am having sound problems.

I can hear the person I am talking to, but they are having problems hearing me, they say they can barely hear me. 

I have had hearing aids for the last 20 years and never encountered this problem, would any of the members know why this is so 

One thing is if I ring a landline I am clear and heard just as good as ever. 

So the issue is with mobile phones I ring. 

Any help is greatly appreciated

Have you considered then that they might not have a good reception on the other end?

Thankyou so much for the reply. Problem solved, I kept searching and reading what I could, it turns out that I was on WiFi so I changed the connection to Bluetooth and bingo all good now in fact it was just 10 minutes ago I finished testing that it was working as it should
