Still have not received my promo code for the Samsung Galaxy S22 pre-order promo code

It has now been two months since I bought my Samsung at an Optus store and was told in order to receive the 'Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Pre-order Promotion 2022', I would have to redeem online with Samsung.  I populated the form and sent it through but received no email or claim no.  After a week I tried to do it again but it said my EMEI had already been redeemed. 

I emailed on the 18th of March a screenshot of what I had populated, and they replied back asking for my claim no./redeemption number.  I replied back on 22nd of March saying I didn't get one, no response.  I emailed again on 2nd of April, no response. 

I tried to call through to the Promo team and was hung up on twice by a male (who was talking so close to his mouth piece I couldn't hear a word he was saying), because again I could not provide a redeemption no.  I called back a week later and got a female who kindly looked up my claim  said my promo code was sent to me on the 14th of March but I could not find it in my emails and told her if it went to my junk folder then it was no longer there because they are deleted after 10days.   She then said in order for it to be resent I had to speak to the online support team and gave me my claim no.  


I called the online support team, told them the story and they said I had to call the promo team.  Honestly???!!!!  I put my foot down and said no you guys can sort this out.  I was then told I would be called back at 4pm that day but wasn't.   I called again, got another helpful person Jerome who again told me to call the Promo team, again I refused.  He said he would look into it and I am still waiting a response.   


Seriously people it is not rocket science.  All I need you to do is resend my promo code, how hard can it be?   Whilst those I have spoken to have been lovely and helpful (except for the 1st guy), this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and I know cause I work in CS.  

Can someone please kindly sort this out..........

Please send through an email to members.au@samsung.com with the following details so that I can look into this. 

Subject: SamsungLaura - Resend Redemption Code

Detail: 

- Name

- Redemption email

- Reference number

- Device IMEI

Hi Laura, 

I replied back to you on the 6th of May via email to tell you that despite everyone telling me the promo code was emailed to me way back on the 14th of March - I DON'T HAVE IT!!!! 

It is now over 2 weeks later and no outcome.  You have a week and then I am going to the ACCC.  This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Hi there, I apologise for the delay and am sorry to hear that the email has not been resent. I have followed up on this and requested this to be triggered yesterday afternoon.

This would have been sent last night between 5-6pm. Please check your inbox and Spam/Junk folder to ensure it is not lost.

It's not showing at all in any spam, junk or deleted or archived. What email address did they send it to??

I thought i claimed the Galaxy Buds spoke to the bloke (steve)-
he mentioned of only 1 colour option
I didnt mind cause FREE item
cnt complain you know

And the go was that convo with steve DOESNT EXIST
