Samsung has fallen, despite several betas it has messed up updates and has been withdrawing update by pulling it's software from servers across.

That is correct even the beta never arrived here in Australia

Yeah that's been up since Friday, before the news of the updates being pulled. My guess is the telcos are now waiting for the patched update from Samsung to undergo testing again. God knows how many years that will take...
