Am I the only one experiencing load deductions even if I'm using the other sim for mobile data usage? I have a galaxy S10 and I use 2 sim cards on my phone, Smart and TM. I thought na yung problem is dun sa network pero naka ilang ulit na akong na deduct-an ng load kahit ibang sim naman ang gamit ko for data consumption. I have regular load on my TM pero I have not used it to connect on the internet. I have registered a data promo on my Smart and yun ang gamit ko for data consumption pero minsan may bubungad na lang na may deduction daw yung regular load ko sa TM even though I did not use it! Is this a problem on samsung's part?

Does your sim card two of them are prepaid? This isn't part of samsung on that problem. That happens when you call the contact or message it that causing deducting your load balance. If not, It could problem that you could not subscribe to those promos could deduct because of not using it.

I'm sorry but I could only understand half of your statement. Both my sim cards are prepaid. The deduction is clearly due to "internet connection" which was shown on TM's load deduction pop-up. I was unable to take a screenshot of the pop-up.

Actually, ang sim po ang nagloloko. Samsung is not involved. I've experienced that too but after following the instructions given by the network provider, my TM sim now is secured from a sudden deduction cause by the network whenever I turn on the mobile data accidentally or intentionally. Nagpalabas din po ng abiso ang taga Globe sa ganoong pangyayari. Wala silang irerefund kaya mabuti pang sundin nalang po natin kung ano oyong instructions nila. 😉

Yun na nga eh, I haven't switched the data connection unintentionally/accidentally. I always make sure na ang ginagamit kong sim to connect to the internet is yung may data promo. Ganyan yung issue ko sa load deduction yung parang ginagamit ng device yung both sims to connect to the internet (which seems impossible kasi isang sim lang ang allowed ng device to connect to the internet). Anyway, can you share the steps to stop load deduction on TM/Globe? Thanks.

I understand your point but again Samsung has nothing to do with the deduction process since switching or not switching the internet by default, the deduction doesn't come from Samsung. 😊 All you need to do is text SURFALERT ON to 8080 for Globe and TM subscribers. That's what I did and after that my load balance is secured whenever I accidentally turn on the mobile data even when my promo is about to expire or it expired already. 🙃 I hope it helps. 😇
