Hi I have had swannview link on my phone for some years and after a phone software update the app stopped working on 4g but still operates on wifi
The app works fine on ios nothing has changed
Is there a way of enabling it to work on 4g
Please help

I was just helping Alimart on another thread with this!

Youll need to add a new access point name as it's something to do with the IPv4 and IPv6 protocol.
If you go to your settings, connections, mobile networks, access point name - tap on Telstra and note down all the info. Like the name etc.
Then go back to access point names and tap on ADD. then input all the info you copied.
BUT change 'APN protocol's to IPv4
Then try accessing your home cameras
