I recently migrated back up to onedrive but  despite ensuring syncing is turned on... It will sync then uncheck that option... Also in onedrive despite having 15gig account it says 5gig of photos synced and the Samsung folder is empty... My one drive was previously perfect... I note many others have had same issue.... Samsung please advise fix

Hi @Pete911, thank you for the additional information.  OneDrive offers 5GB of free storage and a variety of plans to expand the storage. If you would like to upgrade, please visit their website:

Hi @Pete911, are you able to try:

Open Settings > Accounts and Services > Scroll down to find your OneDrive account, tap it > Then go into Media Sync and turn it on.

Restart your device and try again.

Let me know how this goes

Hi @Pete911, I would recommend raising an Error Report on this OneDrive issue. Please see the guide here on how to do this: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/news-tips/sending-error-reports/td-p/9617204

Let us know if you have any issues with this!

Hi Laura I have sent log to samsung.. However on my further investigation I have found that the gallery has somehow been linked to another of my onedrive accounts with only 5gig.. Hence full.. Rather than they correct onedrive with 15 gig... How can I change this association.. Thanks

I corrected all so that now synced with single onedrive account...problem persists... Your technical team advise its a Microsoft issue... However this only occurred after the new Samsung change to linking backup to onedrive...
