Talk to Bixby without wake-up

Hi All

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and am in Australia

I am wanting to enable the "Talk to bixby without wake-up" feature but it is not available on my device

Is this feature region-specific?

hi,if you go in
setting ->apps->bixby voice you should find yourself on this page then tap where there is the arrow

I go there and there is no option to "Talk to Bixby without Wake-Up"

In the Advanced Features section I do not have that feature available.

Then I am totally lost as to why I do not have that feature. I'm sure it is something simple
