TOP RIGHT OF DISPLAY HAS A STRIP OF BRIGHT LIGHT ACROSS TO CAMERA VIEWER.

Hi Everyone,

My  S22 Ultrahas a strip of bright light (like backlit bright screen) from the right to the camera hole and covering that part of the menu block.  I have found that if I turn off power saving the light comes on.  If power saving is on the light is not there.  ??? And it comes on when it feels like it. 

It is not Edge Lighting or Display damage. Can't see anything in camera settings. Not dropped. No water. Have rebooted and reset. Light still appears in Safe Mode.  

Bard says there are reports of specific software bugs causing light anomalies on the S22 Ultra -  Software is up to date but ??     I cannot find any downloads for bugs.  Samsung support no know.

I think it is the display issue not the software. You can go to any Samsung Service center to check it

I would agree. If the strip of light doesn't appear during when power saving mode is on, it would be a software bug.

 change to standard when power saving is off.

Omg it worked!!!! Does it mean my mob is okay now or does it still need repairing?????

This seems to be wide spread issue. Most have started getting it after recent software update. One workaround you can try is changing the display refresh from 120 to standard. The band should go away.

Just switch on your power saving mode.

I am facing the same problem with Ultra S22. Right side of the camera is lighting
