Ever since the OneUI 4.0 update, my Galaxy S21 (Exynos) has been having touchscrren issues where it would become unresponsive but the notification bar area n navigation bar works fine, however the entire middle area of the screen won't respond on the home screen and some other apps but when i go to settings via the notification bar, it is completely fine
Hi @Suminkim200101, sorry to hear about your phone freezing. I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
