I have a Samsung S9+ device with Android version 10 and One UI version 2.5.
Just for the sake of the experiment, I encrypted my SD card. Then I realized that some applications don't work correctly. For instance, the Camera app cannot save photos on the SD card. Also, my Telegram app is not able to load videos and images.
So, I tap on the button to Decrypt my SD card. However, it returns the following error at the end of the process:
Unable to decrypt SD card.
Error decrypting SD card. Some files may still be encrypted.
I see "Encrypt SD Card" button when going to "Encypt or Decrypt SD Card" screen that tells me my SD Card has decrypted but again my mentioned applications still do not work. Any recommendation would be appreciated. Thank you.
Don"t try the card in another device. If you have return it to the original device. Google this problem. Can be caused by updates. Check whether some apps have been decrypted. I don't have a xolution. Sorry.
I am aware of that. I didn't put the SD card on another device. I Encrypt and then Decrypt it on the same device, which is the only device I have. No worries, thank you for your comment anyway.
