Hi @JezreeID, sorry to hear of the issues you've had with your SIM.

I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

This check will tell you if there are any internal issues or deviations with your device's performance. If so, the best course of action would be to send it in to your nearest service centre for assessment. To find your closest service centre and book an appointment or post out your device, click here:

I've been sending my device to the service centre since i bought this device. I was never even able to use this phone as my daily phone because i have to send it back over and over again with the same issue(overheating, crashing apps, restarting).
Last time i sent this device according to the service report that they replace the mainboard, but after using it for an hour or two it started overheating again. I sent an error report and i received a reply suggesting to continue using my phone because my battery is still learning how used my device and update my device( which I already done 5days after receiving my phone) but still the same.
Now this, sim is unable to detect by this phone.
While typing this reply sim unable to detect is playing up again constantly.
It really prostrating, since I got this device last February I wasn't able to enjoy using it even for a whole month because of these issues. Why can't samsung fix my phone problem? Why can't they just replace this device? they can see the record of this device that its been sent to the service centre multiple times with the same issues. Hi @JezreelID, thank you for sending that through. I can see that your error report has been received and is currently pending analysis from our research and development team.

Once this has been done, the team will advise you on the next steps to take to amend the issue.

My biggest problem now other than overheating is the issue with the phone is unable to read the sim without ejecting the sim tray
