Good day, ladies and gentlemen.

I picked up the beautiful S24 Ultra on Tuesday. All was fine until I noticed that I'm unable to take photos using my Instagram camera. Let me explain.
I open the app and use the camera to take pictures. After pressing the big white button to take a picture, nothing happens. It's like the whole camera froze. I am unable to do anything or write anything unless I press the 'X' on the top left. The front camera is also experiencing the same problem.

But taking Instagram videos is fine. Just unable to take photos using Instagram camera. No problem taking photos using IG camera on my S9+ though.
I will attach screen recording for reference.

Any one of you S24 Ultra owners experiencing the same problem? Or is it just me? 🙃

I tried it on my s24u, and everything was okay. Have you tried closing the app and opening it again? Instagram often has bugs.

Already uninstalled/reinstalled 5 times. Still the same. Googled and still can't find the solutions. Looks like I'm the unlucky one 😭

Not working as well. I guess I have to wait for the IG patch update or just upload the picture straight from my gallery then

IGTV videos were tough to save before I found Snapinsta. It works for all Instagram video types—just paste the URL and download without creating an account. I use it regularly to save educational and workout videos in full HD. Because it’s web-based, I can use it on any device, making it a very convenient solution.
