Unable to Update from Os 9 to Os 10

Can anyone here help me, I am using Samsung Galaxy S10 and I dont see the option to update my software to Android 10.

No option under Settings for Software Update > Download and Install? If you have a computer, you can download and use the Smart Switch app from Samsung's website to update your device software.

Is your unit a local unit or it is a unit outside the Philippines?

I checked the OS version installed on your device and it says the region is ANC (Uruguay). Was the device purchased directly from Samsung Store, mobile carriers (Smart, Globe) or from someone or a local store as it does not appear to be local. I'm not entirely sure how to update the device's software from another country other than "flashing" which I haven't done. You can try the Smart Switch app that I suggested earlier.

Weird if it's a local device. You can also try bringing it to a Samsung Store if you have the time to see if they can help. Hope you can get the software updated to get the most out of your devices as well as new features!
