Unable to Update from Os 9 to Os 10

Can anyone here help me, I am using Samsung Galaxy S10 and I dont see the option to update my software to Android 10.

Is the unit was directly from Smart? It looks like a grey unit which means it is a unit outside the Philippines.

You can try to download smartswitch for both your Phone and PC try to see if the software will offer you a new version.
