Sorry to hear that, about your experience with the recent updates on your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra did not meet your expectations as it has several issues stabilizing your device video and audio quality and with that, we apologize for the inconvenience it caused you.
Its a good thing you called our Samsung Customer Care support channel and got a booking schedule in order to have it assess and further restore your device up to working optimum performance.
In the meantime, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category "Camera" and "Sounds/Vibrations".
Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
