I just want to share my frustration as the updates that were expected to improve my phone's features unfortunately made it worse. Whenever I take videos, the audio has never changed but the video itself becomes unstable. It stops while the audio keeps on running. I got this phone just last month (1month and 13 days to be exact). I called Samsung and now my phone is scheduled on Wednesday for repair. I'm calling Samsung's attention on this. What will you do to compensate this misfortune? This is not a good experience for an expensive and flagship phone. I am looking forward to any response from your team. Thank you.

I also wanted to add that the battery drains fast. Not sure if it was related to the update or if my battery is defective or that the battery just drains that way. I am happy to have this phone but I am now having doubts whether it's worth having or waste of money. Hope Samsung will do something about this.
