2 months ago, a green vertical line appeared on my phone screen out of nowhere. I assumed it was a glitch that would disappear on its own. Instead, this single line turned into a persistent problem that has worsened over the past two months, with a second line now joining the first. I restarted the phone, hoping a reboot would clear it up, but to my disappointment, the line remained. I was baffled. My phone hadn’t suffered any recent drops or impacts, and I couldn’t recall any specific incident that might have caused this. I thought it was just my phone, but then a few of my friends experienced the same issue. They said the cost of replacement is about RM 1,000++ almost like half the price of a new phone. It’s extremely frustrating to realize that this problem is not due to my carelessness or an accident but likely stems from Samsung itself.
Welcome to the club. Im having the same issue on my 3 Samsung phone. Have reported it and also going to the Service Center. All the answer received are mostly stupid and not helping. Samsung also cannot guarantee that after you change the screen, the issue will not happen again. If you change the screen and after a few month the screen warranty expired, and the issue happen again, u need to change the new screen again.
As of now, im thinking to change to other brand and get rid all Samsung. Maybe this is the last for me and all my family to using Samsung....
