Has anyone faced this problem lately? 

I ordered Samsung S23 Ultra on 15th March 2023 and even after 5 days, the order is still "Waiting for Approval". No one can do anything. The Samsung E-commerce Team is helpless. they cannot speak to any human in the back office team. All they can say is:

"The back office team is currently working on your concern, as of now we are still waiting for the update from them."

The challenge is that nowhere on Samsung website does it say that Samsung will decide whether they accept the order or not and how much time will it take for them to do so.

Highly frustrating.

Furthermore, they are verifying by themselves... Do they know what are the verifying? How are they verifying?

This is a great customer sales process.

I have called Samsung everyday, then they said email us, I emailed, then they said someone will call you to confirm but no one calls. It seems Samsung does not want to sell the product but we want to desperately buy it.

What are your thoughts?

My Thoughts Would Be To Cancel The Order That You Have Online And Make Sure You Get Your Money Back. Then Go Into A Shop And Buy The Phone Outright. Also If You Have Any Problems Getting Your Money Back Your Bank Should Be Able To Recover The Money As You Have Not Received The Item.

It had been a horrible experience shopping from Samsung website.
They have chatbots in their internal teams who do nit talk to solve an issue. Only emails for internal communication.
Ridiculous.

I pre ordered the new s23 ultra when it arrived on the 16th of Feb Samsung has sent another customers order, to me and my order to someone else. ,4 weeks later I still don't have what I ordered. I also can not get an address to send the phone back to Samsung. I also entered the members only promo for buds, I sent proof that I successfully entered and it looks like I won't be getting them either. To top it all off Samsung have now charged me $60 late payment fee because I have not sent samsung my traide up phone, but Samsung have not sent me my phone.
